Ehsaas Complaint Portal has been launched for those beneficiaries having trouble receiving payment under the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program according to Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Poverty Alleviation and Social Security Dr. Sania Nishtar.
Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program payments are in their final phase and beneficiaries who have not received payment due to failure of biometric verification can submit a complaint at the Ehsaas Complaint Portal.
How to submit information on Ehsaas Complaint Portal?
In order to file a complaint, eligible beneficiaries having trouble with biometric verification need to visit http://complaints.pass.gov.pk/ and submit their name, CNIC number, and mobile number.
Once you submit the information on the
Ehsaas Complaint Portal, you will be given a reference number following which
an SMS will be received before 30th September regarding payment.
However, it is to be noted that the Ehsaas Complaint Portal is only for those beneficiaries who have received an SMS from 8171 regarding their eligibility in the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program.
How to contact Ehsaas Program If parents, spouse is eligible but have died
In this scenario, you need to enter the name of the deceased, identity card number, certified death certificate from NADRA, and the name of the proposed next of kin along with the CNIC number and send it to the following address:
